Hey Floor!
I like the booklist.
I'm reading The Halo Effect by Phil Rosenzweig at the moment which takes an analytical approach to why all the books which tell you the secrets of business success fail. Really interesting.
And a favourite of mine (while not entirely business focuessed) is Straight from the Gut by Jack Welch of GE.
