Life in the basement

Am working in the office in the basement.

I hate restrictions. Saw a very cool internship in China but I have to attend one course of seven weeks in september and october. This means that I cannot go for an internship until november. Again, I hate restrictions. Ever since I was little I tried to work around them. I am a person who does not believe in cannot. You can do and achieve everything you want, just try and you can do it.

When I got older I learned more about restrictions. A company did not hire me for an internship, I did not get elected for MCP and I did have the money to take a trip to Sout America. Ever since I realized that you have a lot of factors in your life like school, work, money, other people judging you having a massive impact on your life.

As much as I can, I am still trying to work around restrictions and belive you are what you make out of yourself.

Weekend Dip

Started the weekend off with a party at the fraternity in Rotterdam. Overall atmosphere was fine, cheap drinks, good DJs. Some of the people there however.... a had two guys just tapping my butt for 2 minutes. I kept on smacking their hands away and asked them if they could please get over themselves and quit. One of the guys was just grinning, gave me 5 drinking coupons and left. How weird is that????? And then everyone wants to see and be seen, awful. People are first checking out what you where, how "cool" you are and then decide if they are going to talk to you. These things I guess I will never understand. Is this just a case of serious groupthink or how do these things work???

Anyways, am now hanging around the house. Tonight obligatatory party and tomorrow we have a meeting with our BoD the whole afternoon and then diner with them.

I hate these kind of weekends. Have worked very hard this week and really appreciate some time for me. However my agenda is being ruled by social events.

I got a webblog!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How cool! Am very excited about the creation of my very own space on the internet. Can now share my experiences with friends around the world.
