Graduation

My best friends had her graduation party yesterday. While writing her a letter I realized how much of our studentlife we spent together.

We had a lot fun in Tilburg together, going to bars, partying, drinking etc. But it wasn't only this that we shared. We kinda grew up together. When we left for Tilburg, she one year later than me, we were 18 years old, green and spoiled. Yesterday we were looking at eachother, realizing we are 25 now, she just started her first job and looking for a nice flat, and really realizing that it is over. We are now at the beginning of a new life.

It was not only this that made this party kinda special. Since I do not come back to my parents place a lot, I have not really talked to people for years. It was really fun seeing all of these faces that I had not seen for a while. I talked to my former handbalcoach, my teammates, my schoolmates, old friends, friends parents and current friends.

Overall, it was a good night, time to move on.
